Over 20 years of expertise in IT/Digital talent recruitment, encompassing both employees and contractors. During his decade-long tenure as CEO of a Belgian recruitment agency, he spearheaded the development of the Smart Recruiting approach, positioning himself as a pioneer in Employer Branding and inbound recruitment strategies. Recognized as an expert in digital Recruitment strategy, Sourcing model strategy, Recruitment process optimization, Talent acquisition team coordination, and Management of contingent workers, Alban has consistently delivered exceptional results.
Over the past 2 years, Alban has brought his wealth of experience to Solvay, where he led the recruitment of 150 digital talents worldwide and played a key role in managing project sourcing for the PO2 program.
